Bottega helps individuals find and acquire businesses in Portugal. We are not a broker, agent, or financial advisor. We do not take success fees, hold client funds, or represent either party in a transaction.
Seller responsibilities
By submitting a listing, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and not misleading. You are responsible for the content of your listing. Bottega may edit listings for clarity and presentation, but the underlying facts remain your responsibility. Do not include information that is confidential, defamatory, or legally restricted.
Buyer responsibilities
By requesting access, you confirm that you have a genuine interest in acquiring a business in Portugal. You agree not to share listing information or seller details with third parties.
No transaction guarantee
Bottega does not guarantee that any introduction or listing will result in a completed transaction. We do not verify the accuracy of seller-provided financials. All buyers are advised to conduct independent due diligence before making any acquisition decision.
Listing removal
Bottega reserves the right to remove any listing that contains inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content, or that violates these terms. Business owners may request removal of their listing at any time by contacting privacy@bottegaventures.com.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bottega is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this platform, reliance on listing content, or the outcome of any transaction. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the fees paid by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
